If you are interested in covering your ATV for physical damage, your home owner’s policy might be appropriate but discuss this with your agent. That is usually not the case.

When a tree falls due to natural causes and hits property, the owner of the property is responsible. For someone to be held responsible for property damage they must be negligent in some way.
